My recent stay left me feeling disheartened. The management's lack of respect towards guests was alarming, and their handling of a mistake resulted in a humiliating experience. While the front desk staff were pleasant, the overall environment felt charged with negativity. It’s unfortunate that the hospitality ethos is lost in this establishment.

The location is perfect—close to the bus stop. We checked in but were told smoking rooms were full, which was frustrating.

The hotel was a great spot near Renaissance Park Golf Course and some local attractions. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfy, making it a good place to recharge after a long day. Definitely recommend it for groups looking to have fun!

First off, the front desk staff was extremely nice, she went extra miles just to make sure we had a clean, nice, non-smoking room. The bus stop is just a couple of minutes away so it's easy to go anywhere without driving it felt like a breeze even with the back problems I have.
